It is with pleasure that I would like to reflect on the courteous and conscientious service offered to me by Chateau Finance over many years.

I initially contacted Mr. Don Braaf eight years ago when I was trying to arrange finance to purchase a commercial
property to operate from.

I contacted a number of banks with whom I had a fifteen-year relationship but they were
unwilling to offer me the level of finance I needed.
Mr. Braaf was introduced to me by a business associate whom he had helped.

Not only was Mr. Braaf interested in selling me a product but he took the time to find out about information concerning my business and my plans for the future which were all tied into an analysis of my present financial situation and an ongoing one.

Mr. Braaf continues to make contact with me to see how things are going and is never reticent in acting as a sounding board for projects or directions I may consider. He gives
freely of his time which is much appreciated.

I prefer to deal with a warm, kind-hearted face and someone who I know has my best interests in mind rather than a cold, calculating institution.

I look forward to continuing my association with Chateau Finance well into the future.
